Timothy Brian Scott was a loving father and devoted friend to all who knew him. Born in South Florida,Timothy left for heaven Monday, March 9, 2020 at the age of 63. We think he might have done it on purpose to avoid having to deal with the impending Coronavirus Pandemic. He was funny like that-a prankster, so witty, but more than that, he always knew when it was time to exit the stage. Growing up in Florida, he was lucky enough to have met and married his high school sweetheart and the love of his life Doreen, at the age of 19. Soon after marriage, came a baby carriage(actually two). Timothy was known for his witty sense of humor, warm heart and good looks. In his younger days, you could catch him on his patio surrounded by his loved ones and good friends. Later on in life, he lived in Atlanta, where you could find him at a Mexican restaurant with his daughter Kelly and a salted margarita in hand. Timothy always had something to say regarding politics and/or current events. We will sorely miss hearing what was on his mind.Under the wing of an angel, he felt protected through his prayers to God, he felt connected. Peace is said to be offered on the wings of a dove and prayers can bring peace along with hope, faith, and love. Wings of a jet plane provide steady flight and we pray you remain steady and strong through this fight. Butterflies have wings to fly playfully free and free from this monster is what we pray you’ll soon be. Birds spread their wings as they may leave their nest and we’re spreading our prayers that you’ll always be blessed. Go fight and win this battle you didn’t start; On the wings of an angel and prayers from our heart.
To the children: Never forget that the Lord is with you. Keep believing that you can pull through and trust in yourself that you can do whatever, even if you feel like fainting wherever. All it takes is one push and you’ll get there in rush. Whatever waves that come your way, you’ll be able to make it everyday. Tell anyone close to you, “hey, you can do it too!” When you walk to the edge of all the light you have and take that first step into the darkness of the unknown. You must believe that one of two things will happen: There will be something solid for you to stand upon or you will be taught how to fly.
Timothy Brian Scott is survived by his son; Michael Scott (Kim), daughter; Kelly Scott and three grandchildren. He is preceded in death by his loving parents; Harold Jay Scott and Shirley Francis Trayes and his brother; Kevin Scott. Timothy Scott will be truly missed by a host of relatives and friends. Mark 12:30
