Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Kenneth Franklin will be held Monday, December 20th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Stocks Funeral Home Kirkwood Chapel. Interment following the service for Mr. Franklin will be at Dawn Memorial Park in Decatur, Georgia.
