Celebration of Life Service for Mr. Kenneth Franklin will be held Monday, December 20th, 2021 at 1:00 pm at Stocks Funeral Home Kirkwood Chapel. Interment following the service for Mr. Franklin will be at Dawn Memorial Park in Decatur, Georgia. In every effort to protect families, protective facial covering and social distancing are strongly encouraged.
