Josephine H. Bailey

In Humble Submission to the will of God, We the Staff of Stocks Funeral Home Announce the swift Transition of our very own Mrs. Josephine H. Bailey, who passed on Sunday, September 11th, 2022 surrounded by her loving family at Emory University Hospital. A family hour will be held on Wednesday, September 21st, 2022 between the hours of 7 pm and 8 pm. A celebration of life will be held Thursday at 1:00 pm at Central Holiness Church of Deliverance; 1069 Washington St. Atlanta, Ga 30315. She will lie in repose at the church 1 hour prior to her service. Interment will be held following service at Southview Cemetery. Mrs. Bailey was also a former resident of the Summer Hill Community. The mother of seven children, the late Ms. Carolyn Juanita Bailey, the late Ms. Gwendolyn Denise Bailey, and surviving children are Ms. Diane Bailey Webb, Mr. Thomas Bailey Jr, Mr. Gary Bailey, Mr. Angelo Bailey, and Mr. Derrick Bailey. Protective facial coverings and social distancing are strongly encouraged in every effort to protect our clients families. We desire your continuous prayers for the Bailey Family during this difficult hour of grief.
