We the Staff of Stocks Funeral Home Announce the swift Transition of Mr. Jimmy Eugene Russell, who passed on Tuesday, November 15th, 2022 peacefully at his home surrounded by family. A Celebration of Life Services will be held Saturday, November 26th, 2022, at 12 Noon at Stocks Funeral Home Kirkwood Chapel. Mr. Russell will lie in repose 1 hour prior to his service. Final resting place will be Kennedy Memorial Garden; Decatur. A visitation will be held Friday, November 25th, 2022  between 12 pm and 6 pm at our chapel. We desire your continuous prayers for the Russell Family during this difficult hour of bereavement. James 5:16 says "The effectual fervent prayer of a righteous man availeth much”.
