Charles Matthew Carter

Charles Matthew Carter was a loving son, wonderful brother and a devoted friend to all who knew him. Charles touched the hearts of many the day God called him home. He did not have time to tell anyone farewell before he was granted his wings. We will always remember the things Charles taught us. He made an impact on everyone in his life that has passed his way. No one was prepared for his departure, but good-bye we will not say. The angels will greet Charles in heaven as he walk on through. Because he did good work on earth, only kind words can only be spoken about you. He always gave a cheerful greeting to anyone who came along. Charles was very dependable to everyone, not just with his family at home. He taught everyone how not to be selfish as he left a pure and simple word when you passed his way. There was never a question if Charles did a good deed for someone every day. God called his name one night after the hours of the busy day slipped by so fast. He started by giving Charles a wing when he helped a single person of the many he had passed. Then God gave him the other wing after He told Charles about their heart rejoicing because of what he did and said. Charles was not a man who believe in hopes that fade fast without seeing his own own courage ahead. With inspiration, he did not waste a day without making quality time fit. There was never a doubt in his mind if his work for the Lord was done well or poorly spent? Charles was a loving man who believed in leaving a trail of kindness and never left a scar of discontent. As Charles enters into the kingdom, "Servant well done," God would say and to let his family and friends know that they will earn one more tomorrow for the works they have done that day.
