Willie B. Macon Jr. 87, of St. Petersburg, died March 14, 2015 at St. Anthony's Hospital. Born in Camilla, GA, he retired from the City of St. Petersburg as a heavy equipment operator. Survived by sons, Willie B. Macon III (Mary), Melton Macon, Reginald Macon, Elijah Macon, Isiah Macon (Peggy), Joshua Macon (Linda), Derrick Macon (Erica) (grandson), Anthony Davis; daughters, Louise M. Stroder, Valarie Jones (Bobby), Elaine Boatwright (Michael); brother, Major Macon (Sylvia); sister, Katie Lou Anderson (Lucious); 14 grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; and dear friend, Ammie Keeley. Visitation Friday, March 20, 3-7 pm, Creal Funeral Home Chapel. Service Saturday, March 21, 11 am, at First Mt. Zion M.B. Church.
