Homegoing Service for Mr. Walter E. Kemp of Decatur will be held Tuesday, January 28, 2014, 11:00 am at St. Katherine COGIC 5935 Covington Hwy. Missionary Katherine Griffey Pastor, officiating. Interment: Georgia National Cemetery, Canton, GA. Mr. Kemp is survived by a host of relatives and friends. Family and friends are to assemble at the church by 10:45 am. Stocks Funeral Home 1970 Hosea L Williams Dr. 404-377-0458.
