On Thursday, January 6th, 2022, God saw fit to end this tedious journey of Mr. Carter. A celebration of life will be conducted Friday, January 14, 2021 at 11 am at Greater Fellowship Missionary Baptist Church; 3074 Rainbow Dr. Decatur, GA 30034.  immediately following his service, an Interment will be held at Resthaven Garden of Memory, Decatur. A public visitation will be held Thursday, January 12, 2021, between the hours of 12 pm and 7 pm. In every effort to protect our client families, protective facial coverings and social distancing are mandatory. We desire your continuous prayers for the Carter Family during this difficult hour of bereavement.
