Ruby Resby was loving sister, gracious aunt and a devoted friend who loved serving God, as well as, her church. There are so many nice things we can say about Ms. Resby because she was very loved. While she laid there in that hospital bed; she tried so hard to hold on as God was calling her home. He needed another angel to help pour out the rain. Tears have fallen, hearts where shattered, but it was time for Ruby to fly home. Her loved ones came to say their last goodbyes, to tell her they loved her and that she will be forever missed. As her heartbeat stopped and her eyes slowly closed, we knew then that God took another angel home. We thought we saw her face today in the sparkle of the morning sun. And then we heard the angel say, "Her work on earth is done." We thought we heard her voice today then laugh her hearty laugh. And then we heard the angel say, "There's peace, little one, at last." We thought we felt her touch today in the breeze that rustled by. And then we heard the angel say, "The spirit never dies." We thought that she had left us for the stars so far above. And then we heard the angel say, "She left you with her love." We thought that we would miss her and never find our way. And then we heard the angel say, "She's with you every day."  Ruby Resby will be missed by a host of relatives and friends.
