A Public Viewing for Ms. Arnold will be Saturday, December 31, 2022, from 2 pm until 6 pm at Stocks Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held Monday, January 2nd, 2023, at 11:00 am at Heaven Bound Church of God in Christ. Ms. Arnold will lie in repose 1 hour before services. Interment will follow at Shiloh Baptist Church; 492 Shiloh Rd, Jenkinsburg, Ga.
