James Willie Gresham was a loving husband, wonderful father and a devoted friend that helped serve our country in the Army. He knew that far above the storm clouds that had gathered, far above that midnight sky, looking out just past the rainbow where eagles dare not fly. Out among the ashes of heroes long since past, he will take his place among them when that final die is cast. Mr. Gresham wants everyone to let not their heart be troubled because that is what he has always heard. But he stood for what he believed in with final words: For in this life, only a few things matter. In this short time that we have here, leaving nothing behind, but my honor and family which is the thing that I hold most dear. Another leaf has fallen, another soul has gone. But we still have God's promises in every robin's song. For James is in His heaven and though He takes away, He always leave to mortals the bright sun's kindly rays. He leaves the fragrance blossoms and lovely forest, green. God has given him a new found comfort when we on Him will lean.
