Obituary

In loving memory of Hardy Lee Graves, who was a caring father, amazing son, wonderful brother and devoted friend to all who knew him. Hardy was a man of dignity and wanted others to know that when he is gone, please don't cry for me. Cry for me a little while thinking of me sometimes, but not too much. Think of me now and again as I was in life. Even though some moments are pleasant to recall, but not for long. Leave me in peace and I shall leave you in peace. And while you live, let your thoughts be with the living. Hardy was always so able, fast and so strong. In his daughter's eyes, he could do no wrong. He was a man who would always listen and never pried. He was the arms around them when they cried. Hardy never looked for praises and he was never the one to boast. This son, father, brother and friend was always there for those he loved the most. Hardy worked so hard with his strong working hands that led everyone who needed him through life. Although he has helped others to understand that life can be hard, tough and sad; through it all we knew we still had the perfect son, brother, friend and a most all...a wonderful Dad!

Hardy Lee Graves will be truly missed by a host of loving relatives and devoted friends. Philippians 4:9
