We announce the passing of Frances Gilbert, a dear friend, treasured family member, and a source of strength to everyone who knew her, with great sorrow.  On February 16, 2024, Frances departed from this life, leaving a loving, kind, and compassionate legacy. Frances, who was born on June 16, 1957, warmed and compassionately touched the lives of numerous people. She was beloved by everyone who had the honor of knowing her because of her steadfast spirit and kind disposition.

A Funeral Service to celebrate Frances's life will be held at the Stocks Funeral Home Chapel, located at 1970 Hosea L Williams Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30317, at 1 o'clock on Saturday, February 24th, 2024. Following the service, Frances will be laid to rest at Washington Memorial Gardens, where she will find eternal peace. Prior to the service, a viewing will be held Friday, February 23rd at the Stocks Funeral Home Chapel, providing an opportunity for friends and loved ones to pay their respects and farewells to Frances.
