Everton Eric Carter was loving son, awesome brother, an adoring father and respected friend. It is sometimes hard to know why some things happen as they do; for so much joy and happiness was centered around you. It seems so hard to comprehend that Everton is no longer here but all the happy memories will help keep him near. He is thought about with pride. Our son, brother, father and friend with each mention of your name, death cannot change a single thing because our love will still remain.

A message from Everton: I just wanted let you all know that I made it home. The journey was not an easy one, but it didn't take too long. Everything is so pretty here, so white, so fresh and new. I wish that you all could close your eyes and that you could see it too. Please try not to be sad for me. Try and understand that God is taking care of me...I'm in the shelter of His hands. Here there is no sadness, no sorrow and no pain. Here, there is no crying and I will never hurt again. Here, it is so peaceful when all the angels sing. I really have to go for now...I've just got to try my wings. I love you all.
