IN LOVING MEMORY OF
Elsie (Gibbs)
Reid
February 2, 1935 – August 15, 2019
Elsie Reid was a beautiful sister, a devoted mother and an adored grandmother who will be truly missed by all those who knew her. We wish for nothing more than just one more day, for we would give it all just to hear her say, "I am home." It's funny how in life it seems we take for granted the most important things. To feel her close and be close again, safe from Earth's hurt and with her long time best friend. There will be singing in our heart and there will be a love for God in her eyes. She was a woman set apart and she was also so wonderful and wise in her heart. We we are sleeping, all her dreams for us will start. Elsie is one that will wake in paradise. There she will have peace in her heart. Time will eventually dull the tears and put smiles in our heart. God let Elsie knew when He called her home that she had played her part. Our tears and the love for her will never die because she is with God now with peace within her heart. We haven't always thought about the things that she had seen. To us you've just been 'Mother', no other thought of who you've been. But we remember your love, your life from start to end, and we're just glad we knew you as a Mother, and as a Friend. Elsie Gibbs Reid will be truly missed by a host of relatives and friends.
