A visitation for Ms. Perkins will begin Thursday, July 22, 2021 at our Chapel between the hours of 12pm and 7pm. Celebration of Life Services will be Held Friday at 11am at Evergreen Baptist Church; 303 4th Ave, Decatur GA 30030. She will Lie in Repose from 1 hour prior to service at 10am. From there we will travel to The Kennedy Memorial Gardens, where she will be laid to rest.
