Bishop Thompson Jr. was a loving father, brother, and friend to many.  He was a hard worker that believed in working and we witnessed it through the approximately 40 years that he worked in retail, as a Store Manager and later became an Academy Instructor teaching other managers.  He loved sports as a teenager and was on the football, baseball, and basketball teams.  His favorite professional teams were the Pittsburgh Steelers and the Atlanta Braves.  He loved tennis and went to several US Open tournaments. Bishop was brought up in the church; he was a strong believer and it showed through his actions.   Bishop will be remembered for his beautiful smile, charming demeanor, and his silent but stern personality.  He never raised his voice, but everyone knew that he was all about business.  He loved to travel and spent a huge amount of time traveling with friends and family.  His family was his heart, as he spent an abundance of his time with his sons, grandchildren, brothers and sisters, and his extended family.  Bishop was "the Boss" and was known by many as (Sensei); he will continue to lead even now in his angelic state.  We now have a forever angel that will always watch over us.  Although we know that he is absent from the body, he will always be forever live in our hearts and minds.  We love you Bishop.
