Arthur's journey on this earth came to a peaceful end on February 17, 2024, leaving behind cherished memories and a legacy of kindness and compassion. Born on January 6, 1957, Arthur brought joy and laughter into the lives of those around him. His warm smile and generous spirit touched the hearts of many, leaving an indelible mark on all who had the privilege of knowing him.

A Funeral Service to honor and celebrate Arthur's life will be held at the Stocks Funeral Home Chapel, located at 1970 Hosea L Williams Dr SE, Atlanta, GA 30317, at 1 o'clock on Saturday, March 2nd, 2024. Prior to the service, a visitation will be held at the Stocks Funeral Home on Friday, March 1st, from 2 to 7pm. This will provide an opportunity for friends and loved ones to pay their respects, share memories, and find comfort in each other's presence.
