Alfreda Annette Fambro was a loving mother, sister and devoted friend to all who knew her. She's the whisper of the leaves as you walk down the street.  She's the smell of certain foods you remember, flowers you pick, the fragrance of life itself.   She's the cool hand on your brow when you're not feeling well.  She's your breath in the air on a cold winter's day.   She is the sound of the rain that lulls you to sleep, the colors of a rainbow.  She is Christmas morning. Your mother lives inside your laughter.  She's the place you came from, your first home, and she's the map that you have followed with every step you take. She's your first love, your first friend, even your first enemy; but nothing on earth can separate you.  Not time, nor space......... not even death. She was a precious gift from God above, so much beauty, grace and love. She touched our hearts in so many ways with a smile so bright even on the bad days. She heard God's whisper calling her home and she didn't want to go and leave us alone. Alfreda loved us so much, she held on tight till all the strength was gone and she could no longer fight. He had called her name before, but she knew she couldn't make him wait anymore. So she gave her hand to God and slowly drifted away, knowing that with our love we will be together again some day.

From her daughter: Blowing kisses to Heaven, that's what I can do every time I want to say "Moma... I Love You!" Blowing kisses to Heaven, I know that she loved me too. I am so blessed and so thankful that God gave this precious mother to me. Everyone that met her claimed her as their own. Gentle, so caring, so giving, so kind and we were privileged to have her with us for such a very long time. Now she is receiving blessings so deserved and every time I think of her, I'll blow kisses to Heaven from my heart to hers.
