A Public Viewing for Mr. Tarver will be Thursday, December 8, 2022, from 2 pm until 7 pm at Stocks Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life service will be held on Friday, December 9, 2022, at Noon at Stocks Funeral Home Kirkwood Chapel Mr. Tarver will lie in repose 1 hour before services. Interment will follow at Kennedy Memorial Garden 2500 River Rd, Ellenwood, GA 30294
