Mary Alice (Monroe) Kemp

In loving memory of the late Mary Alice Kemp, who was a loving sister, adoring mother and caring friend. She lived her life serving God and the people who needed her help. There's magic in a Mother's touch and sunshine in her smile. There's love in everything she does to make our lives worthwhile. We can find both hope and courage just by looking in her eyes. Her laughter is a source of joy, her works are warm and wise. There is a kindness and compassion to be found in her embrace and we see the light of heaven shining from a Mother's face. Our Mother kept a garden. A garden of the heart; She planted all the good things that gave our life it's start. She turned us into her sunshine and encouraged us to dream: Fostering and nurturing the seeds of self-esteem. When the winds and rains came, she protected us enough, but not too much because she knew we would need to stand up strong and tough. Her constant good example always taught us right from wrong; Markers for our pathway to last our whole life long. We are our Mother's garden and we are her legacy. We hope today she feels the love reflected back from us. Mary Alice Kemp will be so dearly missed by so many relatives, as well as, a host of friends.
